For psychic warriors, yes. Consult http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/classes/index.htm#tableAbilityModifiersandBonusPowerPoints. Find your score, look across to your character level, and then add those to whatever base power point reserve is listed for your class and level.

Psywarriors have a 0-point reserve by default at 1st level, so they only gain the ability to use powers if they have Wis 12+

I have a wis modifier of +2, so at 1st level I should have 2 power points/day.

Incorrect. At 1st level, you have 1 point (0 from your class, and 1 from having Wis 15). At 2nd level, you will have three points (1 from class, 2 from Wis).

If your manifesting ability score (Int for psions, Wis for psychic warriors, and Charisma for wilders) is 14 or 15, your bonus power points from that score is equal to your class level.

The algorithm is always power_points = ability_modifier * class_level * ½, rounded down.

Interesting. Thanks for clarifying.

Drum, you need to lower your HP by two. Should be 14HP since you only have the Psionic Body feat.

Done, boss.

Mike, for my background I just plugged in Wrench's name where Thalaen's used to be. It doesn't quite work, so if you could read over it and tell me what fits/doesn't fit with your vision for Wrench that would be dope. I can make the changes and add some more in from there.

Sorry, I'm just now getting to this. Unfortunately, Wrench's military service was under the Cyran banner, where he was created. He only applied for Brelish citizenship after the signing of the Treaty because A. That is where his platoon found itself when they surrendered after Cyre was destroyed, and B. You can't put "The Mournland" on a passport. I don't think it is very likely Wrench and #1 knew each other before the war ended.

Then we can figure something else out. How much time has passed since the end of the war and the start of the game?

I don't know the answer to that question, but it occurs to me now that quite a bit more time passed between the destruction of Cyre and the official end to the war than I originally remembered; between a year and a half and two years, in fact. So it makes sense that Wrench's group was held in a camp of some kind and that #1 may have encountered him there between missions.

Let's go with that. Toward the end of the war No One got thrashed on an mission. The camp he was operating out of lacked the necessary craftsman to deal with the work. However, one of the prisoners - namely a Warforged named Wrench - offered to help. Would something like that work for you?

Cyre was destroyed in 994 YK. Treaty of Thronehold officially ends the Last War in 996 YK. Convention is for Eberron campaigns to begin in 998 YK. I don't know if BR is following convention. If he is, then around 3.5 to 4 years. The ECS book does not nail down the Day of Mourning to a specific date (which is weird and stupid, considering it was such a momentous event).

I am following the standard timeline. Admittedly, it isn't at the forefront for me and probably will not be much of a factor for as long as the campaign plays out.

If you have any plans at all involving lycanthropes, you may want to track the date and the phases of the twelve(!) moons, because Eberron routinely has periods of several weeks where at least one moon is full. It would be fair to say that there is one or more full moons more often than not.

Sadly, I have no idea how someone would even begin to calculate how the lunar situation might affect Eberron's tides.
