If Indifferent: Socially expected interaction; generally the Satrap presents an affable demeanor and attempts to be polite and charming. Unless presented with a clear and present danger to the well-being of the empire, the Emperor, or the province, Satrap Philomath is likely to refer problems or questions to a member of his staff.
If Friendly: Provides minor assistance or advice with bureaucratic or mercantile problems.
If Helpful: Provides political favors, recommendations and favorable introductions to important political and military figures within Adrag Province and the Empire at large. He may support the PCs in political conflicts within the Imperial Senate.
Personality: Satrap Philomath is a womanizer, hunter, and soldier, slowly going to seed despite his own best efforts. His post as the imperial administrator for Adrag Province was meant as an honor, but he misses military life and yearns for something to fill the tedium of administration. Despite his boredom in his current role, he is exceptionally loyal to the Emperor, and he does his best to provide conscientious oversight of the important aspects of the province’s life—tax collection and military defense.
