Scorpion's Strike [General, Style]

Through long hours of training, you are able to make the best use of a spear and shield.
Prerequisite: Base attack bonus +3, shield proficiency, Weapon Focus (spear)
Benefit: You may use a spear in conjunction with a shield you are proficient with (even a tower shield), wielding it in one hand. There is no penalty to attack rolls, but the spear is treated as a one-handed weapon for all purposes (such as not receiving a +4 bonus to opposed disarm rolls). This feat does not apply to the longspear.
