With a recorded history stretching back several thousands of years, Visha is considered to be one of the oldest established nations in the world. The Vishan government was the original intermediary during the fierce negotiations that solidified the Empire as it is known today. The nation’s reputation of fairness and compassion helped to spawn a common saying among criminals who have been caught. “I’d rather be in Visha.” No one questions the Vishan loyalty to the Empire or the rulership of Regent Kilemein. In the past, when the Empire has called, Visha has always been the first to answer. Their warriors and paladins have been pulled from the Blackmoor border and dispatched to wherever the Empire commands without question. Because of this, many of the non-imperial nations refer to Visha as “The Empire’s pit bull.”
